HomeMy Public PortalAbout2000-014 Resolution Granting Final Approval to the Plat of Scherer Farms31 Member John Hamilton introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: CITY OF MEDINA RESOLUTION NO.00-14 RESOLUTION GRANTING FINAL APPROVAL TO THE PLAT OF SCHERER FARMS WHEREAS, Wilfred C. Scherer and Beatrice A. Scherer, husband and wife and Steven T. Scherer and Lori Ann Scherer, husband and wife (collectively, the "Applicants") are the fee owners of property located at 2622 Willow Drive and 2672 Willow Drive, respectively; and WHEREAS, the Applicants have requested permission to plat their properties as Scherer Farms; WHEREAS, the city council granted preliminary approval of said plat at its meeting on June 15, 1999; and WHEREAS, the Applicants have now prepared the final plat of Scherer Farms in accordance with preliminary plat approval and in compliance with the ordinances and requirements of the city. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the city council of the city of Medina, Minnesota, that final approval is hereby granted to the Applicants for the plat of Scherer Farms, subject to the following terms and conditions: 1. The Applicants must pay to the city an administrative fee in an amount necessary to reimburse the city for the cost of reviewing this application; and 2. The Applicants must file the final plat of Scherer Farms with Hennepin County within 60 days of the date of this resolution or the approval hereby granted shall be null and void.
