Member John Hamilton introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption:
CITY OF MEDINA
RESOLUTION NO.00-14
RESOLUTION GRANTING FINAL APPROVAL TO THE
PLAT OF SCHERER FARMS
WHEREAS, Wilfred C. Scherer and Beatrice A. Scherer, husband and wife and Steven T.
Scherer and Lori Ann Scherer, husband and wife (collectively, the "Applicants") are the fee owners
of property located at 2622 Willow Drive and 2672 Willow Drive, respectively; and
WHEREAS, the Applicants have requested permission to plat their properties as Scherer
Farms;
WHEREAS, the city council granted preliminary approval of said plat at its meeting on
June 15, 1999; and
WHEREAS, the Applicants have now prepared the final plat of Scherer Farms in
accordance with preliminary plat approval and in compliance with the ordinances and requirements
of the city.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the city council of the city of Medina,
Minnesota, that final approval is hereby granted to the Applicants for the plat of Scherer Farms,
subject to the following terms and conditions:
1. The Applicants must pay to the city an administrative fee in an amount necessary to
reimburse the city for the cost of reviewing this application; and
2. The Applicants must file the final plat of Scherer Farms with Hennepin County
within 60 days of the date of this resolution or the approval hereby granted shall be null and void.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by member Phil Zietlow
and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof:
Ferris, Hamilton, Smith, and Zietlow
and the following voted against same: None Absent: Johnson(arrived after approval)
Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
