SUMMARY STATEMENT:
The Simplot Corporation has granted the City of McCall an easement for the construction of a pathway.
This easement has been reviewed and approved by the City Attorney. This pathway will connect two
existing pathways and provide a safe route for pedestrians and bicyclists along Deinhard Road. The
construction of this pathway will begin in the Spring of 2011.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Approve the Easement with the Simplot Corporation and authorize the Mayor to sign all necessary
documents.
