SUMMARY STATEMENT:
The Idaho Department of Lands has granted the City of McCall an easement for the construction of a
pathway. This easement has been reviewed and approved by the City Attorney. This pathway will connect
two existing pathways and provide a safe route for pedestrians and bicyclists along Deinhard Road. The
construction of this pathway will begin in the Spring of 2011. IDL is granting this easement in
consideration for the in -kind improvements valued at $214,930.00. No direct exchange of lease monies is
required.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Approve the Easement with the Idaho Department of Lands and authorize the Mayor to sign all necessary
documents.
