SUMMARY STATEMENT:
JB Scott has requested to extend the lease on hangar 605 for an additional 16 years beginning July 1, 2011
to a term to expire June 30, 2027, as agreed to in the original lease. This request and the lease agreement
have been reviewed by Bill Nichols, McCall City Attorney. As noted from Mr. Nichols review, the lease
rate structure will remain unchanged upon this lease extension. This Lease is reviewed annually for CPI
adjustments, and the appropriate changes are made. The newly adopted Rules and Regulations and
Minimum Standards have been forwarded to Mr. Scott for his acknowledgement. A current proof of
insurance showing City of McCall Municipal Airport as an additional insured, and the "N" Numbers of all
aircraft that are stored in the hangar have been requested.

RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Approve the Extension of Lease agreement on hangar 605 to J.B. Scott for an additional term of 16 years
beginning July 1, 2011 and authorize the Mayor to sign all necessary documents.
