WHEREAS, the Mayor and City Council of Moab by resolution
adopted a budget at their meeting held June 17, 1975, for the fiscal
year July 1, 1975-June 30, 1976; and
WHEREAS, based upon the best information available to the City
Council at this time, it appears that sufficient tax revenue from property

taxes can be generated by a levy of 18.E mills for the General Fund and

;t mill for the Special Improvement District.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the mill levy be, and
the same is, hereby reduced from 23 mills for the General Fund to 18.E
mills and the levy for the Special Improvement District
