HomeMy Public PortalAbout2000-015 Resolution Granting Final Approval to the Plat of Bell Knoll33 Member John Hamilton introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: CITY OF MEDINA RESOLUTION NO.00-15 RESOLUTION GRANTING FINAL APPROVAL TO THE PLAT OF BELL KNOLL WHEREAS, Gary V. Kirt, a single person (the "Applicant") is the fee owner of property located at 1595 Hamel Road (the "Property"); and WHEREAS, the Applicant has requested permission to plat the Property as Bell Knoll; and WHEREAS, the city council granted preliminary approval of said plat at its meeting on May 18, 1999; and WHEREAS, the Applicant has now prepared the final plat of Bell Knoll in accordance with the conditions of preliminary plat approval and in compliance with the ordinances and requirements of the city. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the city council of the city of Medina, Minnesota, that final approval is hereby granted to the Applicant for the plat of Bell Knoll, subject to the following terms and conditions: 1. The Applicant must pay a park dedication fee for Lot 3; 2. All structures not meeting the 150' setback must be removed if they are to be used for animals; 3. It is recognized that the stable meets the 150' setback; 4. The Applicant must pay to the city an administrative fee in an amount necessary to reimburse the city for the cost of reviewing and approving this subdivision; and 5. The Applicant must file the final plat with Hennepin County within 60 days of the date of this resolution or the approval hereby granted shall be null and void.
