SUMMARY STATEMENT:
As of January 7, 2011 the City has not received any further response from the Payette Lakes Recreational
Water & Sewer District (District) regarding the draft Settlement Agreement. Staff and legal counsel
anticipate receiving a response prior to the January 13 Council meeting.
Additional information will be provided prior to the meeting.
