A RESOLUTION OF. THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
LYNw00D APPROVING THE REPORT OF THE CITY ENGIIQEER
A.ND AUTHORIZING THE LEVYING OF THE ASSESSMENT
SYSTEM ON ATLANTIC AVENUE FOR THE 1965-6E FISCAL

WHEREA.S, the City Engineer of the C3,ty of Lynwood did,, on �
the llth da.y of March, 1965, file with the City Clerk as directed
by Resolution No. 65-15 of the City Council of the City of Lynwood,
a report setting forth the costs a,nd expenses for the modifica,tion
of the street lighting system on �tla,ntie Avenue in the City of
Lynwood £or the twelve month period commencing July l, 1965 together
with the a.ssesament dia,gram and a;ssessment roll. Sald written report
was made pursuant to the provisions of Section 18090 and 18091 of
Cha,pter 6, Division 15, Part I, of the Streets a,nd Highways Code
of the State of California;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Lynwood as follows:
Section l . That said report, diagram, and assessment
roll, unmodified, is hereby approved a.nd adopted.
Section 2 . Tha.t the levying of the assessment as proposed
in said report is hereby a,uth� ized and a,pproved. �
Section 3 . That the City Clerk of the City of Lynwood is
hereby directed to tranamit to the County of Los Angeles Ta.x Collector
' the diagra,m and a,saessment roll upon which sa,id levy is based, and
sa,id County Tax C'ollector is hereby a,uthorized a,nd directed to make
collectionsof all such assessments and to per£orm all of the acts
and duties as a.re required by sa,id act to be per£ormed by the persons•
designated a.s ° Tax Collector" in Chapter 6, Division l�, Part I, of
the Streets and Highwa.ys Code of the Sta,te of California.
