RESOLUTION N0. 65-31
. RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF �'HE CITY OF
L�NWOOD REQUESTING WITHDRAWAL OF CERTAIN AREAS
OF LAND ANNEXED TO SAID CITY FROM THE CONSOLIDATED
SEWER MAINTENANCE DISTRICT OF LOS ANGELES COUNTY,
' WHEREAS, the City of Lynwood has completed the annexation
of certain land as hereinafter described, to said City of Lynwood,
' and ,
WHEREAS, the State of California Health and Safet� Code,
Division 5, Part 3, Chapter 4, Article 7, provides that•whenever an,
portion of a district is included within a city b,y reason of annexa-
tion, such portion ma� be withdrawn from the district bg request of
, " the City Council,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT.RESOLVED that the City Council of
the City of Lynwood hereby requests the Board of Supervisors of Los
Angeles County to exclude from the district those portions of the
. Consolidated Sewer Maintenance District lying within the following
described area of land: �
