SUMMARY STATEMENT:
Due to the recent resignation of Bert Kulesza there were some vacant liaison roles that must be filled by a
Council member. At the November 4, 2010 City Council Meeting the Council filled those vacant positions
with the exception of WICAP. The Council requested some additional information in order to determine
who would fill that vacancy. A representative from WICAP is scheduled to give a presentation to Council
on January 27, 2011.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Appoint a member of the Council to the liaison position for the Western Idaho
Program.
