RESOLUTION N0. 65-33
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
GF LYNWOOD WITHDRAWING A CERTAIN AREA OF LAND
ANNEXED TO SAID CITY OF LYNWOOD FROM THE
FIRESTONE GARBAGE DISPOSAL DISTRICT OF LOS
ANGELES COUNTY,
WHEREAS, the City of Lvnwood has completed the anne�at3on
of a cer.tain area of land to said City of L,ynwood, as hereinafter
described, and
WHEREAS, the State of California Health and Safety Code,
Division 5, Part 2, Article 6, provides that whenever an=r portion of
" a district is included within a city b� reason of annexation, such
portion may be withdrawn from the district,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Cit�r Council of
the City of Lynwood that the following described area of land lying
_, within said Firestone Garbage Disposal District of Los Angeles Count;T
be, and the same is hereby declared withdrawn from said district:

Beginning at a point at a northwesterl�r corner of
the Lynwood City boundar�, as said boundary existed
May 29 1964 said point being the northeasterl�r corner
of Lot g, Block A, Watts Park Tract, as shown on map
recorded in Bool�, Page 70, of Maps in the of£ice of tlze
Recorder of Los Angeles Countv, State of Cali£ornia;
thence North 83 West along the northerl� boundar;�
of said tract a distance of 128.70 feet to the north-
westerly corner of Lot 13 of said block and tract;
thence South 7 East along the westerly line o£ said
Lot 13 a distance of 153.00 feet to the northerly line
of 107th Place, 40 feet wide, shown as First Street on
said map; thence North 87 East along said northerlg
