SUMMARY STATEMENT:
FAA owns, maintains, and provides electricity for two approach aides at McCall Municipal Airport, the
Visual Approach Slope Indicator, VASI, and the Runway End Identification Lights, REILs located on the
approach end to runway 34. FAA is changing the method of documenting their owned navigational aids
which are located on airports to provide greater manageability and ease of use. These two items are the
only FAA owned facilities on the airport. This is a routine item and the airport benefits greatly from the
FAA provided facilities.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Approve the Memorandum of Agreement DTFAWN- I I-L-00034 with FAA and authorize the Mayor to
sign any and all documents.
