SUMMARY STATEMENT:
The City of McCall has a lease agreement with the Idaho Housing and Finance Association for a single lot
on McCall Avenue (Greystone Village #3). One of the housing units has been sold to James J Hurley and
Lorrie L Hurley. Accordingly, Mr. and Mrs. Hurley will assume the land lease for Lot 10.
Attached are the Assignment of Lease and Consent to Encumbrance Documents.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Authorize the transfer of the land lease for Lot 10, Greystone Village #3, from Idaho Housing and Finance
Association to James J Hurley and Lorrie L Hurley, and authorize the Mayor to sign all necessary
documents.
