SUMMARY STATEMENT:
The City of McCall was awarded a Renewable Energy Enterprise
Energy Resources (OER) for the installation of solar energy
known as the "Solar City Project".
A new Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for solar energy providers
install these systems (attached) was released on December 23
proposals were received- one from Aurora Power and Design

awarded the contract for the Solar City Project. The contract is
final draft is forthcoming.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Approve the contract for the REEZ Solar City project with Aurora Power and Design and authorize the
Mayor to sign all necessary documents.
