SUMMARY STATEMENT:
A negotiated Settlement Agreement is still being developed. At a status conference on February 2, the
Court granted the City and District an extension until February 11.
As of February 3, 2011 the City has not received any further response from the Payette Lakes
Recreational Water & Sewer District (District) regarding the draft Settlement Agreement. Staff and legal
counsel anticipate receiving a response prior to the February 10 Council meeting.
Additional information will be provided prior to the meeting.
