RESOLUTION N0. 65-39
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF LYNWOOD ADOPTING AND SUBMITTING A BUDGET
FOR EXPENDITURE OF FUND5 ALLOCATED FROM TfiE
STA'I`E HIGHWAY FUND TO CITIES.
WHEREAS, a master agreement has been executed bg
the city and the State of Cali£ornia. on April 6, 1961, for
expenditure of funds a.11ocated from the State Highwa.y F`und to
cities, and
WHEREAS, the City Engineer ha,s prepared a project '
statement showing estima.ted expenditures of such funds recommended
to be made during the 1g65-66 fiscal year, and
WHEREAS, the City Council has heard read said pro,ject
sta.tement and is familiar with the contents thereof,
THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Council of the
City o£ Lynwood that said pro,ject sta.tement be a.nd the same 3s
hereby approved, and the Mayor is directed to sign the sa.me on
beha,lf o£ sa.id city, and sa.id pro,ject statement to be submitted
to the Department of Public Works, State of California., in accordance
with the provisions of Section 197 of the Streets and Highwa.ys Code.
ADOPTED this 18th da.y o£ May 1965.
