September 30, 2010. Attached for your review is a draft of the FY10 Audited Financial
final, printed and bound, statements will be available at the meeting.
Also attached is an outline of the presentation pointing out highlights of the audit,
Discussion, and Analysis (MD&A), the accounting environment today, financial highlights
within the financial report, single audit, and some non -financial information. The
