RESOLUTION N0. 65-40
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
" LYNWOOD ADOPTING BUDGET PROPOSAL FOR EXPENDITURE
OF FUNDS ALLOCATED UNDER SECTION 2107.5 OF THE
STREETS AND HIGHWAYS CODE,
� WHEREAS, a master agreement has been executed between
the State of California and the City of Lynwood for the expenditure
of the engineering a.11ocation to cities, and,
WHEREAS, the City Council has hea.rd read said agreement
in £ull and is fa.miliar with the contents thereof;
TI-IEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Council of the City
of Lynwood that said budget proposa.l be and is hereby a.dopted a.s
the bud�jet of proposed expenditures of the engineering alloca.tion
to cities, a.nd said budget proposa.l be and the same is hereby
approved and the Mayor is directed to sign the same on beha.lf of
said City, said budget proposal to be binding upon the City upon
its approva.l by the authorized officials of the Sta,te.
