RESOLUTION NO. 16-9132
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF OPA-LOCKA, FLORIDA DIRECTING THE CITY
MANAGER TO PROVIDE THE CITY COMMISSION WITH
A DATE CERTAIN BY WHICH THE BUDGET
ADJUSTMENTS FOR THE FISCAL YEAR 2015-2016 WILL BE
SUBMITTED; PROVIDING FOR INCORPORATION OF
RECITALS; PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, The City Commission passed a budget for Fiscal Year 2015-2016
on September 29, 2016; and
WHEREAS, After reviewing the information that was used to create the
budget, it has been determined that budgetary adjustments are required; and
WHEREAS, The City Commission requires a date certain to be provided by
the City Manager, as to when the budgetary adjustments will be made.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE CITY COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF OPA-LOCKA, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The recitals to the preamble herein are incorporated by reference;
Section 2. The City Manager is hereby required to provide the City
Commission with a date certain as to when the budgetary adjustments for the Fiscal
Year 2015-2016 will made available for Commission review.
Section 3. This Resolution shall take effect immediately upon adoption.
