SUMMARY STATEMENT:
Due to a new government contract with the state, the City needs to renew its contract with Pitney Bowes
for their digital mailing system. The new contract will be for 60 months at $124.53 monthly which will be
a savings of $21.47 a month. The new contract includes an upgrade to a new machine, equipment
maintenance, Soft -Guard subscription, and IntelliLink subscription.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Approve the renewal contract with Pitney Bowes for the DM300C Digital Meter System and authorize the
Mayor to sign all necessary documents.
