SUMMARY STATEMENT:
The applicant has submitted a request to extend the deadline for plat recordation by one
recordation deadline is May 19, 2011 and the new proposed deadline would be May 19,
City Code Section 9.2.07.F notes both that an extension may be granted and that such extension
approved by the City Council.
