Member Johnson introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption:
CITY OF MEDINA
RESOLUTION NO.00-22
RESOLUTION SETTING IMPROVEMENT AND
ASSESSMENT HEARING FOR WILLOW DRIVE NORTH
IMPROVEMENT PROJECT
WHEREAS, it has been proposed to improve Willow Drive from County Road 24 to
Hamel Road and to assess some or all of the costs of said project to benefited properties; and
WHEREAS, this matter has been discussed at informational meetings held on April 4, 2000
and June 6, 2000.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Medina,
that an improvement and assess hearing be held on this matter before the City Council on July 5,
2000 in the council chambers at city hall beginning at 7:30 p.m. The Administrator -Clerk -Treasurer
shall give mailed and published notice of such hearing and improvement as required by law.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by member Smith and
upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof:
Ferris, Hamilton, Johnson, Smith, and Zietlow
and the following voted against same: None
Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
