SUMMARY STATEMENT:
The first 20 years of the attached lease was up on April 30, 2011. Tom Wooten signed the attached Lease
Renewal on April 22, 2011. The lease fee will increase from $1,695.25 this year to $4,987.50 next year.
This lease occupies two lots, and is therefore more expensive than many. A few lease renewals will come
up each year for the next several years.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Approve the lease renewal for Tom Wooten, Hangar 207 and authorize the Mayor to sign all necessary
documents.
