Member Smith introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption:
CITY OF MEDINA
RESOLUTION NO.00-23
RESOLUTION SETTING AN IMPROVEMENT AND
ASSESSMENT HEARING FOR MEADOWWOODS TRAIL
AND CHEROKEE ROAD IMPROVEMENT PROJECT
WHEREAS, the city council has order the city's consulting engineer, Bonestroo Rosene
Anderlik & Associates, to prepare a feasibility report with regard to the improvement of
Meadowwoods Trail and Cherokee Road.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the city council of the city of Medina,
Minnesota, that a public hearing on the making and assessment of said improvement project be held
on July 5, 2000 beginning at 7:30 p.m. in the council chambers at city hall and that the
administrator -clerk -treasurer be authorized and directed to give mailed and published notice thereof
as required by law.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by member Hamilton
and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof:
Ferris, Hamilton, Johnson, Smith, and Zietlow
and the following voted against same: None
Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
