SUMMARY STATEMENT:
Attached is the report on snow removal efforts for the 2010 — 2011 winter season. Included within the report
are a number of policy issues that need to be reviewed with City Council. As part of the report there is a
proposed plan to improve how snow is removed within the City of McCall. Public Works would also like to
discuss with City Council several funding mechanisms for newer equipment as well.
