Member Zietlow introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption:
CITY OF MEDINA
RESOLUTION NO.00-24
RESOLUTION ORDERING FEASIBILITY REPORT FOR
IMPROVEMENT OF MEADOWWOODS TRAIL AND
CHEROKEE ROAD
WHEREAS, it is proposed to improve Meadowwoods Trail and Cherokee Road and to
assess the benefited properties for all or part of the cost of the improvement project, pursuant to
Minnesota Statutes Chapter 429.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the city council of the city of Medina,
Minnesota, that the proposed improvement be referred for study to Bonestroo Rosene Anderlik &
Associates, the city's consulting engineer, and that they be instructed to report to the council with
all convenient speed advising the council in a preliminary way as to whether the proposed
improvement is feasible and as to whether it should best be made as proposed or in connection with
some other improvement and the estimated cost of the improvement as recommended.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by member Smith and
upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof:
Ferris, Hamilton, Johnson, Smith, and Zietlow
and the following voted against same: None
Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
