"O" St.ORDINANCE NO. 14-1998 A SPECIAL ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING MAP FOR THE REAL ESTATE LOCATED AT 1125 SOUTH “O” STREET, RICHMOND, INDIANA WHEREAS, the zoning map designates the real estate at 1125 South “O” Street, Richmond, Indiana as R-4 Multi-Family Residence District; and WHEREAS, it is desirable to change the zoning classification to R-2 One Family Residence District; and WHEREAS, Council by its own motion, desires to institute a change in the above zoning classification. NOW, THEREFORE, be it ordained by the Common Council of the City of Richmond, Indiana, that the zoning designation of the real estate at 1125 South “O” Street, Richmond, Indiana, and more particularly described in Exhibit A attached hereto, is hereby changed to R-2 One Family Residence District. Salter, said Plat is recorded in Plat Book 1, page 109, in the office of the Recorder of said County; running thence West along a hedge fence 19.52 rods to an iron bolt; thence North 29 rods to an iron bolt in the south line of a street known as South Avenue in Greenwood; thence East along the South line of said Avenue 19.52 rods to an iron bolt at the northwest corner of Mary Topey’s land; thence south along the West line of said Topey’s land 29 rods to the place of beginning, containing 3.54 acres.
