SUMMARY STATEMENT:
Granite Holdings LLC is assigning their leasehold interest in Hangar 522 to Northfork Investors LLC.
Steve White is the principle for Granite Holdings. Steve White and Jennifer White, his spouse, are the
principles for Northfork Investments LLC. The lease rate on the 1,512 square feet of leasehold space will
increase from $0.246 per square foot per annum to $0.35. The lease assignment and assumption, and
application for new lease or lease transfer are attached and are in order. The AAC recommends this
assignment for approval by City Council
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Approve the lease assignment on hangar 522 from Granite Holdings LLC to Northfork Investments LLC
with the rate changing to $0.35 per square foot per annum and authorize the Mayor to sign all necessary
documents.
