SUMMARY STATEMENT:
Greystone Village is the townhome project located on Roosevelt Street north of Hemlock Street. Approval
of the final plat for phases 1 and 2 of SUB-05-04 was granted by the McCall City Council on April 27,
2006. The original owner of the Greystone Village project entered into a development agreement with the
City on May 4, 2006. Subsequently, there is a new owner for the project and this is the first amendment to
the development agreement. The amendment updates the owner information and the financial
guarantee/cost estimate information, and includes the remaining conditions of approval.
The City Attorney has reviewed the development agreement. The complete land use file is not attached but
is available for public review during normal working hours in the Community Development Department
located at the McCall City Hall, 216 East Park Street, McCall, Idaho 83638.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Adopt the First Amendment to the Development Agreement with Greystone Village Phase 1 and 2 and
authorize the Mayor to sign all necessary documents.
