Member Smith introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption:
CITY OF MEDINA
RESOLUTION NO. 00-26
RESOLUTION RESCINDING ACTIONS ON
MEADOWWOODS TRAIL/CHEROKEE ROAD
IMPROVEMENT PROJECT
WHEREAS, the city council of the city of Medina, Minnesota, has previously authorized
preparation of a feasibility report and set public hearings on the making and assessment of the
improvement of Meadowwoods Trail and Cherokee Road; and
WHEREAS, the council has subsequently determined not to proceed with the assessment
of said improvement project.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the city council of the city of Medina,
Minnesota, that the city's previous actions as noted above are hereby rescinded and that no further
action be taken with regard to the assessment of said improvement project.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by member Zietlow and
upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof:
Ferris, Hamilton, Johnson, Smith, and Zietlow
and the following voted against same: None
Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
