Airport Library ifr- TIMELINE: Summer & Fall 2011 City Attorney Grant Coordinator SUMMARY STATEMENT: A Notice of Award goes to the low bidder, which in this case is SE/Z Construction, LLC. It is subject to 9 conditions including #4 Award of this Contract is Subject to the approval of the Federal Aviation Administration, and #5 This award is subject to the availability of the Federal Aviation Administration, Airport Improvement Program (FAA, AIP) Funds, the receipt, and the acceptance of the grant offer(s) required to finance this project. The Construction Agreement along with the bid documents for this project is subject of a separate agenda bill. RECOMMENDED ACTION: Approve the Notice of Award to SE/Z Construction, LLC subject to the offer and acceptance of the grant from FAA to pay for the project and authorize the Mayor to sign all necessary documents.
