SUMMARY STATEMENT:
HMH Engineering, LLC was selected to perform the construction management of the Deinhard Lane
CRABS and Widening Project (G0309). This contract has a not to exceed price of $63,000. This cost is
included within the $568,200 existing grant total.
This firm was selected based upon their expertise in construction management, recommendation from
LHTAC and that the requirements of the ARRA grant require that all engineering consultants be on the ITD
Term Agreement List.
The attached contract has been reviewed and approved by the City Attorney.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Award the contract for the construction management for the Deinhard Lane CRABS and Widening Project
(G0309) to HMH Engineering, LLC and authorize the Mayor to sign all necessary documents.
