SUMMARY STATEMENT:
Attached is the Agreement to Construct Snow Removal Equipment Storage Building funded by FAA/AIP
Project 3-16-0023-020. The contractor will not be given a notice to proceed until we have been offered and
accepted this grant. Once notice to proceed has been given the contractor will have 110 Calendar Days to
substantial completion and 120 calendar days to final completion. If we are able to give a notice to proceed
by mid July, we should be able to move in by mid November, just in time for snow season.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Approve the Agreement to Construct Snow Removal Equipment Storage Building and authorize the Mayor
to sign all necessary documents.
