HomeMy Public PortalAbout2000-027 Resolution Granting Preliminary Plat Approval for James Frizzell and Kevin Enge57 Member Zietlow introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: CITY OF MEDINA RESOLUTION NO.00-27 RESOLUTION GRANTING PRELIMINARY PLAT APPROVAL FOR JAMES FRIZZELL AND KEVIN ENGE WHEREAS, James Frizzell and Kevin Enge (the "Applicants") are the fee owners of property located at 3880 Chippewa Road and 3882 Chippewa Road, respectively (the "Property"); and WHEREAS, the Applicants intend to plat the Property into two lots in accordance with the preliminary plat prepared by Coffin & Gronberg, Inc. dated May 8, 2000; and WHEREAS, this matter was reviewed by the planning commission at its meeting on June 13, 2000 and by the city council on June 20, 2000. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the city council of the city of Medina, Minnesota, that preliminary plat approval is hereby granted to the Applicants for the plat of the Property, subject to the following terms and conditions: 1. The final plat must dedicate drainage and utility easements along all new property lines; 2. The Applicants must provide title evidence satisfactory to the city attorney regarding the Property; 3. The Applicants must pay to the city an administrative fee in an amount necessary to reimburse the city for the cost of reviewing this application; and 4. The Applicants must submit the final plat for approval to the zoning administrator within 180 days of the date of this resolution or the approval hereby granted shall be null and void.
