Member Smith introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption:
CITY OF MEDINA
RESOLUTION NO.00-28
RESOLUTION APPROVING FEASIBILITY REPORT FOR
IMPROVEMENT PROJECT
WHEREAS, it is proposed to improve Willow Drive from Co. Rd. 24 to Hamel Road by
paving a 24' wide bituminous surface with a 6 — 8' gravel shoulder on the west side and a 2 — 4'
gravel shoulder on the east side and to assess the benefited properties for all or a part of the cost of
the improvement, pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429; and
WHEREAS, a feasibility report has been prepared by city staff with reference to the
improvement project.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Medina,
Minnesota that the city council hereby accepts the feasibility report prepared by city staff for the
improvement project and will consider construction of the improvement and the assessment of
benefited properties for all or a portion of the cost thereof, which cost is estimated to be $119,655.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by member Zietlow and
upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof:
Ferris, Johnson, Smith, and Zietlow
and the following voted against same: None Absent: Hamilton
Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
