SUMMARY STATEMENT:
A design review and scenic route applications were approved for the restoration of the historic home located
at 143 E. Lake Street by the McCall Area Planning and Zoning Commission on April 5, 2011. One of the
conditions of approval required the property owners to enter into a sidewalk agreement to design and
construct sidewalks, curbs and gutters, including necessary street trees within either 5 years or when the
adjacent sidewalk is constructed, whichever occurs first.
The City Attorney has reviewed the sidewalk agreement and the property owners have signed the
agreement. The complete land use file is not attached but is available for public review during normal
working hours in the Community Development Department located at the McCall City Hall, 216 East Park
Street, McCall, Idaho 83638.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Approve the Sidewalk Agreement for 143 E. Lake Street and authorize the Mayor to sign all necessary
documents.
