The City Council of the City of Lyriwood does hereby
resolve as follows:
Section 1 : It is the policy of the city to pr.�vide
sick leave benefits to all c].a_ssi£ied emolo,yees. Tl;e in�er.t
of th3s resolution is to furtY.er def3r.e the ell�9.bility of
an employee for this benefit�, A new Paragraph 2, Section 2,
Rule XI of Resolution No. 28N5 is hereb,y estab'lished.
"A classified employee is eligible 'to receive accrued
sick leave beneFits after one i2ontri c',;.' : erv:ice with the city.
In no event will sick leave ��rith pay be grs.n�ed ir, er.ce�s to
that which is accrued,"
