SUMMARY STATEMENT:
It is anticipated that Local Option Tax receipts will be more than allocated. Staff is providing an update
and requesting guidance for any additional funding that may be received.
Please see the attached memo and the LOT funding summary.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Provide guidance to staff:
1- Direct staff to give council recommendations for the additional funds
OR
2- Prioritize current recipients and/or non awarded projects for FY11.
