ADOPTING BUDG)3`l' PQR EY.YI:IJDI`.1'UPF�; OL'
FUNDS ALLOCATED FROM THE STATE HIGHUTAY F'UND 10 CITIES
WHEREAS a master agreement has been executed QJ the
City of Lynwood , hereinafter referred to as the
City, and the State Department of Public 'Works, Division of
Highways, hereinafter referred to as the Department, on
April 6 , 19 61 , for expenditure of State-allocated
funds; and
'WHEREAS a pro,ject statement has been prepared an�l
was submitted to the Department on June 15 , 1`_%6�_
showing the estimated expenditures of such funds recorn;nended
- - to be,made.during the 1964 -6�.fiscal year; and
WHEREAS a budget approved by the Department on
June 21, , 19 65 has been presented to the City Council
in accordance with the project statement submitted by the City;
and
'AHEREAS the City Council has considered said bud�et,
as approved by the Department, and is familiar with the contents
thereof;

THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Council that said
budget be and is hereby adopted as the budget of expenditures
recommended to be made from such funds during the lg 64-� £iscal
