SUMMARY STATEMENT:
At the August 25, 2011 City Council Meeting, the Council discussed the current funds received for the
Local Option Tax. Staff requested that the Council give direction as to how they would like the additional
forecasted funds to be allocated. The Council identified seven projects to receive the additional funds. The
attached list has been organized by priority order based on the Council's discussion and staff s review.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Approve the priority list of projects to receive additional FY11 LOT funding provided that the funds are
received.
