RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUN,CIL OF THE CITY. OF
LYNWOOD WITHDRAWING A CERTAIN 'AREA OF LAND ANDIEXED
TO SAI CITY.,FROM.THE CONSOLIDATED FIRE PROTECTION
� DISTRICT OF LOS ANGELES COUPITY. '
' WHEREAS, the City of Lynwood has completed the annexation
of certain land, as hereinafter. descriUed, to said City of Lynwood,

WHEREAS, said City. of Lynwo,od does provide,fire protection
' to said area of land, and �
WHEREAS, the State of California Health .and Saf.ety Code,
, Division 12,. Part 3; Chapter 2, Article' 11, pr.ovides.that whenever
. any portion of a fire prote.etion district is included within a city
by.reason of annexation, such,;portion may be withdrawn from the �

NOW,. THEREFORE, BE.I^1 RESOLVED by .the City Council of the '
