Member Johnson introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption:
CITY OF MEDINA
RESOLUTION NO.00-31
RESOLUTION ORDERING HOLY NAME DRIVE /
LAKEVIEW ROAD SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT
PROJECT
WHEREAS, by resolution of the city council, a public hearing was set for July 18, 2000 in
the council chambers at city hall to consider constructing the Holy Name Drive / Lakeview Road
sanitary sewer improvement project by extending sanitary sewer from near the intersection of Co.
Rd. 24 and Holy Name Drive northwest along Holy Name Drive and west along Lakeview Road to
serve up to 19 residential units; and
WHEREAS, following mailed and published notice as required by law, the hearing was
held on July 18, 2000 at city hall, at which all persons desiring to be heard were given an
opportunity to be heard on the making of such improvement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the city council of the city of Medina,
Minnesota, that the project as described above is hereby ordered.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by member Smith and
upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof:
Ferris, Hamilton, Johnson, and Smith
and the following voted against same: None Absent: Zietlow
Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
