SEWER MAINTEIQANCE DISTRICT OF LOS ANGELES COUNTY.
WHEREAS, the City of Lynwood has completed the�annexation ,

of a certain area of land as hereinafter described,'to said City of
Lynwood, and . ,-' •
� WHEREAS, the State of California Health and Safety Code,
� Division 5,.Part 3, Chapter.,4, Article �, provides that whenever any '
portion of included within a city by reason of annexa-
.tion, such_p,ortion may be withdrawn from the district by request of

' NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the
City of Lynwood hereby requests the Bo,ard of Supervisors of Los
