� RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF

' LYN6d00D taITHDRAWING A CERTAIN AREA OF L'AND ANNEXED- , :
TO SAID CITY OF LYNWOOD FROM THE ATHENS'LIGHTING
DISTRICT OF LOS ANGELES COUNTY. `, �.
�dHEREAS, the' City of Lynvaood has completed the annexation �. '-
of a certain.area of land to said City of Lynwood, as hereinafter �
described,'and �
WHEREAS, the�State o£ California Streets and Highways Code,
Division 14, Part 4, Chapter 16 of the Highway Lighting District Act
' provides that whenever any portion of a district is included within
a city by reason of annexation, such portion may be wibadrawn From
the District,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
, City of Lynwood that the following described area of land lying wi�thin
