RESOLUTION N0 6
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF LYNWOOD ADOPTING AND SUBMITTING A BUDGET
F'OR EXPENDITURE OF FUNDS ALLOCATED FROM THE
STATE HIGHWAY FUND TO CITIES.
WHEREAS, a master agreement has been executed by
the city ancl the State of California on April 6, 1961, for
expenditure of' funds'a,llocated from the Sta.te Highway Fund to
cities, and
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has prepared a project
statement ahowing estimated expenditures of such funds recommended
to be made during the 1965-66 fisca.l year, a.nd
WHEREAS, the City Council ha,s heard read sa.id project
statement and is fa.milia,r with the contents thereof,
THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Council of the
City of Lynwood that said project statement be and the same is
hereby approved, and the Mayor is directed to sign the sa.me on

behal£ of said city, and sa.id project statement to be submitted
to the Department of Public Works, State of California, in
a,ccordance witht�e provisions of Section 197 0£ the Streets and
Highway Code.
ADOPTED this 3rd day of August 1965.
