SUMMARY STATEMENT:
The proposed amendment to McCall City Code is necessary because several codes were erroneously
removed during the updates to Title 5 completed September 23, 2010. This proposed amendment will
enact a new Chapter 7 of Title 5 of the McCall City Code under a new title "Animal Control". The
ordinance is intended to protect the public from dangerous dogs and other dangerous animals. The
attached ordinance has been reviewed by the City Prosecutor and the City Attorney.
