RESOLUTION NO.� 65-69
A RESOLUTION..OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF LYNWOOD AMENDING RESOLUTION N0. 65-48 TO
PROVIDE FOR SPECTAL OVERTIME.
The City Council of the City o£ Lynwood does hereby
resolve as follows;
Section '�ls Resolution 65-48 is hereby amended to
include that'during times of �extreme local emergency as
determined by the City Manager, overtime pay on a straight
time basis may be provided to all City personnel ordered or
required to worlc additional hours or shifts for the public
saf'ety and welfare.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 17th day of August, 1g65
