SUMMARY STATEMENT:
The City of McCall is applying for Idaho Community Development Block Grant funds for
revitalization and infrastructure improvements for a portion of Third Street. One component of
grant application process is to ensure and encourage active citizen participation in the application
project development.
Attached is Resolution 11-17 which adopts a citizen participation plan. The attached plan is recommended
by the Idaho Department of Commerce. Staff has reviewed the plan and supports its implementation.

Adopt Resolution 11-17, establishing the ICDBG Citizen Participation Plan and authorize the Mayor to
sign all necessary documents.
