RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
� LYNWOOD'WITHDRAWING A CERTAIN AREA OF LAND ANNEXED
TO SAID CITY OF LYNWOOD FROM THE ATHENS LIGHTING
DISTRICT'OF LOS 'ANGELES COUNTY.
' WHEREAS, the�City of Lynwood has comp,le,ted the annexation
of a certain area of land to said City of Lynwood, as'hereinafter
described, and
WHEREAS, the State of California Streets and Hi'�hways
Code, Division 14,.Part 4, Chapter 16 of the' Highway Lighting
District Act provides that .whenever any portion o£ a'district is
included within a city by reason of annexation, such portion may I
be withdrawn from �the District, ' '
NOW,.THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City. Council of
the City_ of Lynwood that�the"following described area of land
