� RESOLUTION OF THE CITY•COUNTIL OF THE CITY OF ".
LYNWOOD REQUESTING WITHDRAWAL OF A CERTAIN AREA
OF LAND ANNEXED TO SAID CITY FROM THE CONSOLIDATED °
SEWER MAINTENANCE DISTRICT OF LOS ANGELES COUNTY'.
WHEREAS, the City' of Lynwood has' completed the.annexation
- of.a certain area o£ land as hereinafter described, to said City
� o£ Lynwood; and .�
WHEREAS, the Stat,e of California Health and Safety� ,
. . Code, Division.5,-,P.art. ,3; ,Chapter; 4, Art'icle ;7, provides that _
whenever any portion o£ a distric,t is included within,a city by
' reason of annexation, s.uch'portion may be withdrawn from the district
. • ,
- by request of tHe City Council,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT'RESOLVED that the City Council of
the City of Lynwood hereby requests the Board of.Supervisors of •
' Los Angeles County to exclude from the District those portions of
the Consolidated Sewer Maintenance District lying within the�. -•'
following described areas of land: .
